Ravens are a vastly underrated animal. They’re among the smartest animals that aren’t primates, and they can also mimic sounds, similar to parrots.

As a kid you don't know anything about Ravens or even Crows except that their noisy deathlike black birds. When you get older, you encounter all the lore, mystery and intellect behind them; then they're not just black birds anymore.
