You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat animals.

Most of the time, people that needlessly hurt them for fun are cowards who would probably harm humans if they could, but are too afraid of the consequences. So instead they take it out on other creatures that normally won't and can't fight back.

Like that dude who blended a live cat and posted it online. He would 100% be skinning humans and wearing their skin if he knew he could get away with it.

And I'm not talking about people who kill animals for food, survival etc. I'm talking about the type of people who see a dog and boot it in the face because they had a bad day.

I used to joke years ago with a friend that before persona 6 comes out, we're gonna get:

100%, they would not sell well unless they were completely overhauled and made more like the newer games.

Because she was the protagonist I played first and for the longest. So to me she is the protagonist of p3.

Thus knowing her dialogue, social links, exclusive stuff, etc is gonna be gone is like a kick in the balls to like 50% of the people who played portable, myself included.

So to me personally it feels like if they remade persona 4, but replaced Yu with some random guy and changed a bunch of social links/side content/dialogue.

Like sure they're remaking persona 3, but it's not my persona 3 If that makes sense.

I agree, my first playthrough was as feMC, meaning the protagonist I associate with persona 3 is the female protag and her exclusive side quests.

So it sucks the remake won't hit as hard as I won't be re-experiencing the game I remember, but rather an alternate version of the game with characters and dialogue I have no existing connection with.

On a first playthrough I hated maliketh because he has no real openings and hits like a truck, yet can whiz around the arena at warp speed.

Not to mention his 2nd phase is essentially, get hit once = instant death (his 3 spin then dash slash move)

But once you get the item that deflects his moves, his second phase becomes really fun and somewhat easy. His first phase is still a drag tho imo.

Fire giant

He's the one boss I feel is not fair at all.

He's too visually big, meaning it's hard to see his attacks when you're near his feet because of the camera range.

His health pool is ridiculous. Especially for a melee user like myself.

He rolls away constantly.

And lastly, he's not fun.

I hated him the first time, and I hated him on my 4th playthrough just as much. He's not fun, and a complete waste of time. 100% he's the only boss I would ENDORSE cheesing with Loretta spirit ashes because he himself is completely cheesy and janky.

Then from here, the game is pretty linear, just keep going forward.
