I’ve been happy with my battery handheld spreader from Ryobi. Downside is it only has 5 measurements, and is non-standard so you gotta adjust your pace and/or the opening yourself. I think this is my second year into it and so far so good.

Is the price with tax? There’s the occasional 999 sale on BestBuy for it. Then get a third party insurance if you really need one.

Reset through the iPhone as well. Settings > General > CarPlay and remove all the cars in there, then power cycle your phone. Then if it fails, dealership time.

The only way you’ll know if you’re getting a good price on insurance is by comparing it to the competition. Get quotes from the big ones in your state with the coverage you want and choose who gives you the best price. We do this yearly to make sure our coverage is the actual price instead of a bait and switch after X amount of months/years.
Personally, I would go for a lower deductible for comprehensive/windshield coverage if it only meant a few $ increase per year. With our plan for example, lowering our comprehensive deductible from $500 to $100 is a premium increase of about $70ish a year. We also increased our collision deductible to about $1000 since we usually have around $2500 ready for emergency car expenses anyway.

Ditch the two bucket and buy a bunch of microfibers, especially for darker, soft paint. Wipe the car, switch to a clean side, then once it’s done, grab a new microfiber. No matter how much you grit guard or scrub on second bucket, you’re bound to get some leftovers that will scratch the paint. If you’ve seen pollen in a microscope, you’ll ditch the two bucket method right away.
A lot of scratches come from drying. Get a big drying towel, pass it over the panel lightly, squeeze out excess water, until you finish the car. Then grab another microfiber and use a drying aid (quick wax, detailer, ONR, I personally use Griot’s Speedshine or 3in1 wax) to completely dry the whole car.
Been using this method on our cars since 2018 and they have always been microscratch/swirl-free.

Since my daughter was born (she’s almost 3 now) I only got my alone time once, which is about 2 hours. Lol. I feel like I blinked and it’s already gone.

Before replacing your wifi chip, make sure your laptop is connecting to a 5GHz network. Next is disable power management on your WiFi card. There should be some posts about it somewhere here.

As long as it’s not the ones with all the bells and whistles (do you really need Twitter on your Fridge?), you should be good. We got one with the ice maker on the freezer because having it on the non-freezer side seems silly.

I’m at week 2 and my little sucker still doesn’t have any successes. We switched her up to regular panties and still doesn’t wanna do the deed on the potty.

Do what you need to do. It will forever eat you up if you let this thing slide and suddenly something happens to your newborn. When that happens, you will be eaten up by guilt while your MIL still thinks there’s nothing wrong and continue with the antivax beliefs.

I’m on year 2 now and there are times it really sucks. I started working at an early age and have been working nonstop until about 6 months after my daughter was born. With both of us working back then, we were cranky, little to no sleep, and been fighting a lot over the little things. It doesn’t help that we barely have any help (COVID and another long story about MIL issues), plus daycares back then refusing us due to my wife’s work back then.
We had to downsize a lot but made it work. My wife also found time to attend graduate school to open up more options. She lets me do my thing from time to time which I really appreciate (gaming, yardwork, detailing), and I take a few detailing jobs here and there to break the monotony.

The only thing I can think of is it's switching to iGPU. I usually move to different locations in the house when gaming so I end up unplugging and my game bogs down since it switches to iGPU automatically, but isn't going back to dGPU when I plug it in. So I switched to Ultimate mode to take advantage of the mux switch and no problem since then.

I didn't go full homeless in my home country but when my dad cut me off from the family, I had to bedspace near the first job I got accepted to. One room with about 12 bunk beds and 1 communal bath. Costs about 900PHP/mo (roughly 20USD).
After about a year, I landed a job that offers sleeping quarters (4 hrs max), with awesome showers so I get to sleep in a more decent, airconditioned room when it's not full. Took me about another year and a half before I was able to rent a studio apartment and dang I was over the moon.
Looking back, I was lucky enough to have a roof over my head. That experience made me appreciate what I presently have. When I told my wife about how I lived back then she was mortified. I hope Kat can get through her challenges. That's gonna be a tricky dynamic when they share a living space, whether they like it or not.

If you have batteries already, I think it’s worth it. I got the Scott’s Wizz and it broke down on me with just slight use in a year, and that’s already $30. You can try it out and if it’s not to your liking, just return it.
With your yard size though, I think getting the usual ones like Echo or Earthway is feasible, but the price is more around $100~.
