Looks like the officer had a lot of patience (or was about to just get off his shift lol) She was calmed down by a woman at the end of the video and was not arrested.

The 19-year-old was driving behind a truck allegedly going 40 mph in a 55 zone. The driver (mustang in the video) decided to overtake the truck passing him. The truck then allegedly started speed to brake check the mustang and even driving him off the road. The truck driver followed the Mustang home at speeds over 100+mph. The sheriffs office responded and ordered him out of the car at gunpoint and arrested him without incident. The truck driver, who is currently not named, has been charged with one felony and two misdemeanors.
Edit: Curious, if someone is doing this would you feel safe driving home? Why or why not?

I originally posted claiming how close they were at hitting the water and apparently everyone on Reddit is a Coast Guard pilot saying that they pull those maneuvers often and that wasn’t close to the water. It doesn’t look like it was intentional, but changed the title anyways. Thank you for providing the full video. I was only able to find a clipped version of it.

She was charged with criminal hit and run in the state of Florida which can be a $500 fine and up to 60 days in prison. Her case status is currently unknown.
Edit: The woman’s house value is $1.2 million. She did have insurance.

Secondary update shows no action was taken by law enforcement or USPS. Super sad.

Edit: OP has already sent this to their local news and it was featured a few weeks ago. OP said, “He’s as loyal as you can be. Just a pup, he’s not aggressive” USPS said that they DO give their carriers dog repellent to use for attacking dogs and said that their dog was on a “Dangerous Dog Card”. The owner spoke to the women in the car and said “If you expect a package coming lock up your dogs” and left. State police did an investigation and has taken NO ACTION. Imagine how many other dogs she has maced for no reason??
OP Update: I arrived home Monday 4/10 around 2:05 and let Sam out to use the bathroom. USPS arrived at 2:15. I walked out to get the mail from her and noticed Sam had a brown liquid across his face and eyes and was acting weird, which he had not when I let him out. I asked her what she had sprayed and she said she had maced him. I asked her why and she said, "you need to have your dog locked up if you're expecting a package." I am not the only one who lives at this address so I was unaware that a package was being delivered at that time. UPS and FedEx have no issue with Sam.
I received a call from USPS of mayfield this morning regarding the incident. I talked to David and he said that we had been issued a Dangerous Dog Card and all packages that would not fit in the mailbox would have to be picked up. He said he would review the video and let me know in a few days what his thoughts were.

My local sheriffs office turns their radars off then only turns it on when tracking someone speed. Apparently it’s just become a habit for them
